Inbound
call centers are exclusively established for handling inbound calls or calls
that customers initiate from their end. The purpose of the inbound call center
is to provide proactive assistance to the customers and to resolve their
grievances. Mostly inbound call process has a separate division but in many
call centers, this process is run parallel to the outbound process. Inbound
call process is quite typical because answering frantic calls of consumers is
both hectic and excruciating. Almost every inbound call center handles annoyed
customer calls on a daily basis. So, the customer service agents need to stay
calm and composed in order to provide agile assistance and solutions.
